Sowing the fututre– LA SIERRA

We will visit a very special museum to understand this country through its memories. Then, we will go to “La Sierra,” a neighborhood in eastern Medellín that, just by its name, is recognized as one of the most affected by violence in past decades. Today, it stands as an example of resilience and community-driven progress.

We will meet a group of women from the area who are embracing this new era of prosperity. They will welcome us into their homes for lunch, show us their neighborhood, and introduce us to their community garden.
